This opportunity is for a Project Management Consultant in the United States, supporting a partner organization that handles the hiring process and all follow-up steps. The work blends project delivery, technology consulting, and client advisory in demanding construction and real estate settings.

You will lead software implementation initiatives that help construction owners better manage data, systems, and day-to-day operations. The role calls for comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities, while still keeping delivery structured, on schedule, and within budget. You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to shape scope, manage expectations, and maintain alignment across the project lifecycle. Early risk identification, proactive communication, and continuous improvement are central to the position. Key accountabilities

Build and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead software implementation work so deliverables stay on time, within scope, and within budget.
Serve as the main contact for clients and keep communication with stakeholders clear and consistent.
Spot project risks early, evaluate their impact, and raise them with practical mitigation options.
Produce regular status updates and keep project records complete and well organized.
Review project performance data to find ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to keep execution aligned across every phase.
Contribute to process, tooling, and delivery-standard improvements that strengthen future projects.

Requirements

2–5 years of background in technical project management, software implementation, or consulting.
Proven ability to manage work in complex, uncertain, and fast-moving environments.
Strong communication skills with the flexibility to adjust messaging for different audiences.
A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to bring forward options, not just problems.
Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Notion.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to work smoothly across varied team styles.
Quick learning ability for new technologies and changing project needs.
Exposure to consulting, construction, real estate, or enterprise technology is advantageous.
Familiarity with tools such as Procore, e-Builder, Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
Strong planning skills, a high sense of ownership, and close attention to detail.
