About the Role
We are looking for a Production Scheduler for the PCBA function in Dubai. This role focuses on turning the master schedule into a practical one- to four-week production plan by matching it with available manufacturing capacity. The aim is to balance workloads, improve throughput, reduce cycle time and inventory, and help ensure deliveries are made on schedule.
The position requires close coordination with teams across operations, customer service, finance, purchasing, engineering, quality, and supply chain planning. The scheduler will also monitor Repairs SIOP files, future forecasts, and Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics. Kinaxis will be used to address exception messages and revenue risks, and TOM meetings will be used to identify and act on material constraints in the plan.
Key Responsibilities

With more than four decades in the region and continued investment in a new sustainable campus, the company is focused on growth, capability development, and long-term collaboration.
- Manage day-to-day workflow and WIP by reviewing reports, cross-functional input, and critical ratio data.
- Set priorities for shared and dedicated resources across the factory so material moves efficiently and customer shipment commitments are met.
- Coordinate with SCM planners to review daily part and material availability and determine dates that support or improve customer delivery expectations.
- Work with customer service, engineering, quality, operations, and purchasing teams to keep planning aligned.
- Help design and roll out scheduling procedures and techniques that strengthen the planning function.
- Contribute actively to continuous improvement efforts and maintain standard work practices.
- Track Repair SIOP files, forecast updates, and Aftermarket Repairs BOS metrics.
- Use Kinaxis outputs to respond to exceptions and potential revenue risks.
- Use TOM meetings to identify critical material issues and reflect them in the production plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP.
- Good understanding of complex machined materials management, lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP concepts, and MFG Pro is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, including customers, marketing, engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative setting and drive action-oriented results.
- Capability to spot improvement opportunities quickly and implement changes that create measurable annual impact.
- Change management experience is a plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation and benefits.
- Engaging work on challenging projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Opportunities for internal promotion where possible.
- Long-term learning and development support through Eaton University.
