Production Engineer - Plastic Injection Moulding

Role Overview

This position is for a Production Engineer focused on plastic injection moulding operations in Pune. The role centers on maintaining smooth day-to-day manufacturing activity, keeping production on schedule, and supporting consistent output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine production operations and make sure planned output targets are achieved.
• Coordinate and monitor production schedules so work progresses without unnecessary delays.
• Carry out machine setup, handle mould changeovers, and adjust process parameters to maintain stable production and quality.
• Perform first-piece or first-part approval checks before full-scale production begins.
• Track product quality during production and take action to keep output within required standards.

Candidate Profile

The role is suited to a mechanical engineering graduate who understands injection moulding processes and manufacturing-floor execution. Hands-on exposure to machine operation, process control, and shop-floor production support will be important for success.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Compensation

The offered annual salary is in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,50,000.
