Product Owner

Role overview

Solaborate is hiring an experienced and proactive Product Owner to help guide product execution and contribute to the success of its innovative team. In this role, you will turn strategic direction into clear, actionable work and partner closely with teams across the organization.

Product strategy

• Build and communicate a clear product strategy that supports the organization’s broader objectives.
• Use market insights, competitor evaluation, and customer input to shape product choices.

Planning and roadmap management

• Develop and update product roadmaps so they stay aligned with business priorities and user needs.
• Work with different teams to rank features and improvements according to strategic value.

Development and delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to steer the creation of high-quality, intuitive products.
• Write, prioritize, and manage user stories, features, and backlog items.
• Run stand-ups, iteration planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and retrospective meetings.

Client and stakeholder communication

• Oversee assigned product areas and maintain relationships with clients.
• Share product progress, milestones, and changes clearly with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Qualifications and additional information

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software or hardware-related work is required.
• Background in product management, including requirements gathering and handling resources and projects, is expected.
• Experience managing projects with 4 to 8 team members and working across functions is important.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and product management tools is needed; Azure DevOps knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are required to spot gaps between requirements and deliverables.
• English fluency in both speaking and writing is required.
