About the Role

The BizOps team functions as PHM’s product management arm, responsible for shaping the systems, workflows, and tools that support key business operations. In this role, you will primarily support the Commercial organization by bringing order to complicated processes, improving performance visibility, and helping the team scale effectively.

This position offers the chance to help create a modern go-to-market function from the ground up. You will work closely with sales, account management, marketing, finance, and leadership to improve workflows, strengthen systems of record, and define how AI becomes part of day-to-day commercial operations.

A major focus of the role is finding practical ways to build, test, and launch AI-driven tools, workflows, and interfaces that make information easier to access, automate repetitive work, and support better decision-making. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, data-minded, comfortable with uncertainty, and motivated by turning new AI capabilities into real business value.
