Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager position in Tirana, Albania. The role is centered on shaping the product direction by collecting and ranking requirements, setting out roadmaps, and working with teams across the business to deliver features that meet quality expectations.
What you'll do
You will review user feedback and market signals, turn business objectives into clear product specifications, and keep an eye on product results using relevant performance measures. A key part of the job is ensuring product decisions support company strategy, improve the user journey, and contribute to business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and prioritize product requirements across the product lifecycle.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps and coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Analyze user insights and market trends to guide product decisions.
- Convert business needs into detailed product specifications.
- Track product performance and evaluate outcomes against key metrics.
- Work with stakeholders to keep product plans aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including requirements definition, prioritization, and roadmap development.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on ability in data analysis, user research, and turning findings into practical product improvements.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, HR technology, or SaaS products is considered an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle several priorities at once.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline is preferred; comparable practical experience is also accepted.
- Fluency in both English and Albanian, in writing and speaking.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tirana and thrive in a fast-moving, growth-focused setting.
