Role Overview

The HeroCare team aims to provide fast, effective support tools that help agents handle local challenges and resolve issues for customers, riders, and vendors. In this role, you will contribute to a new initiative that brings together data, resolution workflows, and business logic across contact centers for 12 Delivery Hero brands, including foodpanda.

The Product Manager will focus on improving the full service-ticket journey and building monitoring tools that help supervisors track performance, increase agent productivity, and make workforce operations more efficient.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product direction for your domain by translating business needs and technical limits into practical priorities.
• Work across teams and influence stakeholders at different levels to move initiatives forward, even without direct reporting lines.
• Take ownership of a specific area within the service platform, with particular attention to better productivity outcomes for agents.
• Partner closely with engineering teams across products to design solutions that are scalable and dependable.
• Use data and analytics to identify failure points, understand user and agent pain points, and pinpoint the improvements that will have the greatest effect.
• Support product launches, track results, and refine the solution based on what happens in real-world use.

Requirements

• About 5 or more years of experience in cross-functional environments with a strong record of delivering outcomes.
• Hands-on experience using data and analytics to frame problems, test assumptions, assess opportunities, prioritize work, and evaluate impact through key metrics.
• Strong leadership and influence skills, with a clear track record of product leadership.
• Experience guiding agile teams and converting epics into clear, well-defined user stories.
• A curious, growth-oriented mindset and comfort challenging existing approaches in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Background in customer service, support operations, or contact-center technology is an advantage.
