Role Overview

Zest Health is hiring a Product Manager to help shape and execute the product experience across both member and provider platforms. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, this position acts as the link between clinical, engineering, marketing, and operations teams so that product work supports better patient outcomes and strong business impact. What You Will Do

  • Set the product direction, rank priorities, and maintain the roadmap in partnership with the CMO, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Turn clinical and operational needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, keeping delivery on track and ensuring a high standard of quality.
  • Work with engineering to keep the backlog organized, clear blockers, and support steady development progress.
  • Gather and interpret user input through member interviews, provider conversations, and behavioral data to inform product choices.
  • Own product measurement by defining success metrics, setting up tracking, and analyzing feature performance to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Plan and manage experiments and A/B tests that can improve enrollment, engagement, and clinical outcomes.
  • Contribute ideas for new features that increase value for members, providers, and health plan partners.
  • Make sure the platform reflects Zest Health’s care philosophy: whole-person, high-touch, outcomes-oriented support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships on features that help with enrollment, retention, and partner reporting needs.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in product management, preferably within digital health, healthtech, or consumer health.
  • A track record of delivering strong products in fast-paced environments with limited resources.
  • Working knowledge of product analytics tools such as PostHog and a data-led approach to decision-making.
