Role overview

This opportunity is for an Associate to join a healthcare-oriented private equity platform in San Francisco. The firm focuses heavily on medical technology and supports the growth of innovative MedTech companies across cardiovascular, electrophysiology, structural heart, and other rapidly expanding therapeutic areas.

What the role involves

The position offers involvement across the entire investment and company-building journey. You will help assess emerging technologies and strategic opportunities, support deal execution, and work alongside management teams after investment to help create value. The role provides close collaboration with senior investors, operators, physicians, and experienced industry leaders, with early exposure to important decisions.

Experience and profile sought

The team is looking for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity. A strong interest in healthcare investing is important, along with solid analytical ability and the confidence to perform in a demanding, fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes ownership, and is eager to develop within a growing platform.
