Role Overview
Dexian is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Mandarin-speaking Personal Assistant role in Singapore. This position is suited to fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to 2 years of experience who want to grow in executive and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize calendars, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Handle meeting coordination and routine day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Draft reports and keep project records up to date.
- Monitor project status and assist with maintaining supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Support the preparation and handling of Purchase Orders (POs), Letters of Award (LOAs), and other project-related documents.
- Provide broad administrative assistance to the project team.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field is acceptable.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong Mandarin communication skills are necessary for interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Good verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking abilities are expected.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Candidates must be prepared to work on-site in Singapore.
