Role Overview

In this position, you will join the People & Culture team as Payroll Partner and take ownership of accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for employees in Germany. Key Responsibilities

  • Run the monthly payroll cycle in DATEV Lohn & Gehalt in close coordination with the external payroll service provider.

  • Review and maintain payroll inputs such as working hours, absences, sick leave, parental leave, and other time-off records.
  • Handle communication with tax offices, health insurance providers, and social security institutions.
  • Administer employee benefits such as company pension schemes, meal vouchers, and mobility budgets.
  • Keep payroll-related master data current in the HRIS.
  • Prepare compensation reports and statistical analyses for leadership and Finance.
  • Maintain employee and personnel data in a GDPR-compliant and audit-proof manner.
  • Support employees and managers with questions on payroll, net-to-gross calculations, and benefits.
  • Contribute to annual closing activities and the annual payroll tax adjustment.
