Delta Air Conditioning has been serving Texas households and businesses since 1985. Its newer arm, TDAC, A Delta Company, supports customers across the Dallas-Fort Worth area with a growing, family-centered HVAC business built around strong service and customer care.

Role Overview

This is a senior operations leadership position for the Beaumont market, reporting to the General Manager. The role is responsible for the operational performance of installations, the maintenance division that drives recurring revenue, and the preparation and delivery of high-value estimates. The company is looking for someone who can help strengthen the market position in Southeast Texas while building a long-term career with room for growth as the business expands into additional markets.

Key Duties

• Direct residential, commercial, and new construction installation work from project scoping through final completion.
• Establish and enforce standards for workmanship, site safety, and final finish quality across all crews.
• Work closely with sales, dispatch, and supply teams to keep projects aligned with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Oversee the maintenance function that supports service agreements and customer retention.
• Improve renewal performance, technician output, and the conversion of maintenance discoveries into repair and replacement work.
• Foster a team culture that values quality route work and strong customer service.
• Take ownership of priority estimates for complex residential, commercial, and custom jobs where technical expertise helps secure the business.
• Define the correct solution, build accurate pricing, and present proposals confidently on the first visit.
• Collaborate with the service manager, warehouse manager, and customer service team to improve proposals and close more opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable installation and maintenance teams while helping develop future leaders within the organization.
• Set the example for integrity, communication, and care in daily leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual compensation is listed at $65,000 to $90,000.
