Role overview

Creative Native, a fast-growing Australian FMCG company, is hiring an experienced Operations & Warehouse Manager for its Adelaide site. This is a newly established position that gives the right person the chance to shape the role, lead the local operation, and grow into the senior operational leader onsite.

The position goes beyond standard warehouse oversight. You will be responsible for guiding the warehouse team, managing daily operations, strengthening systems and procedures, and helping build a workplace culture that is positive, accountable, and improvement-focused.

This opportunity is a strong fit for someone currently working as a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor who is ready to move into a wider operational leadership role.

What you will do

• Direct and support the warehouse and operations team.
• Oversee warehouse activity, inventory control, logistics, and customer order fulfilment.
• Improve efficiency across operations and drive ongoing process improvement.
• Design and implement systems, workflows, and SOPs that support business expansion.
• Promote and uphold workplace health and safety standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to lift overall operational performance.

About you

• You have experience managing warehouse or operational teams.
• You are highly organised and comfortable solving problems in a fast-moving environment.
• You lead in a practical, hands-on way and are confident managing people.
• You bring a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution is preferred, though not essential.
