About Experian

Experian is a global data and technology business that creates opportunities for people and companies worldwide. Using data, analytics, and software, the company supports lending, fraud prevention, healthcare, marketing, and automotive intelligence, while also helping individuals work toward their financial goals and manage time and money more effectively.

The organization operates across many sectors, including financial services, healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, and insurance. As a FTSE 100 company listed on the London Stock Exchange under EXPN, Experian employs 22,500 people across 32 countries and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

Role Overview

The in-house creative studio is central to how the Experian brand appears across customer touchpoints. As a Motion Designer, you will help turn the brand’s creative goals into polished, effective output. This role has broad scope and is heavily focused on motion-led creative for paid social, display, email, and digital campaigns, particularly across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

You will work in a fast-paced studio environment alongside copywriters, marketers, and channel specialists, translating ideas into compelling creative for paid, owned, and earned media. A key part of the role is also supporting junior designers and helping improve the overall quality of work across the team.

What You Will Do

  • Produce branded creative assets for paid social, display advertising, web banners, and email campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and deliver motion graphics as a major part of your day-to-day work using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Resize, adapt, and scale assets across different formats, dimensions, and platforms while maintaining quality.
  • Apply performance-marketing thinking to build creative that can be tested and optimised for outcomes such as CPA, CTR, and engagement.
  • Use generative image and video tools to support ideation, experimentation, and faster production workflows.
  • Work comfortably with automation and efficient versioning, adaptation, and resizing of assets.
  • Film short-form video content for social and digital use, including simple shoots and on-location capture.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to bring scripts, concepts, and campaign ideas to life through motion and video.
  • Take part in creative workshops, present your work clearly, explain design choices, and handle feedback with confidence and professionalism.
  • Manage projects using tools such as Monday.com and ensure deadlines, file formats, and delivery standards are consistently met.
  • Support junior designers and contribute to raising the quality bar across the creative team.

What You Need

  • Demonstrated experience as a Motion Designer, supported by a portfolio of real-world work.
  • Strong hands-on skills with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Practical use of AI across the creative process.
  • Experience working with Figma in a collaborative design workflow.
  • Understanding of performance marketing and how creative choices affect results.
  • Ability to create assets in the right formats, sizes, and specifications for different platforms.
  • Flexibility to adapt creative style for social-first, platform-native short-form video content.
  • Confidence in filming, capturing footage, and assembling short-form video for digital and social channels.
  • Awareness of both the strengths and limitations of generative image and video tools.

Benefits and Additional Information

The benefits package includes hybrid working with 40% office-based time, a strong compensation package with a discretionary bonus, and core benefits such as pension, Bupa healthcare, and the Sharesave Scheme. You will also receive 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days, with the option to buy extra leave.
