Pay and working pattern

• Potential on-target earnings are up to £45,410.
• The fixed annual salary is £38,710.
• An uncapped monthly bonus can add around £6,700 a year on average.
• You will work 5 days per week.
• The centre is closed on Sundays.
• There is also a refer-a-friend incentive, subject to terms and conditions.

What the role involves

• Carry out MOT testing in line with the required standards and procedures.
• Support the workshop with light vehicle maintenance duties when you are not testing vehicles.
• Work collaboratively with the team in a busy autocentre environment.
• Help maintain service quality while contributing to customer safety and satisfaction.

Skills and experience needed

• A valid MOT Testing licence is required.
• A full driving licence is essential, with no more than 9 points.
• You should be comfortable working as part of a team and helping with general workshop tasks.
