Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Lucknow is for a Meta Ads Expert who will plan, launch, and improve paid campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and associated placements. The objective is to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions for SAMAN EMPORIO.
What You Will Do
- Build, manage, and refine advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Develop audience segments, allocate budgets, and track spend efficiently.
- Review campaign results regularly and apply data-backed changes to improve return on investment.
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to shape ad visuals, copy, and landing pages that reflect the brand’s heritage-inspired yet modern identity.
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare performance summaries, and present actionable insights.
- Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign settings.
- Keep up with Meta platform changes, updates, and recommended advertising practices.
Qualifications and Experience
The role calls for strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including campaign creation, audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization for Facebook and Instagram. Candidates should be comfortable using Meta reporting tools, Google Analytics, and similar platforms to evaluate performance and improve results. Experience working with ad copy and creative direction is important, along with a strong sense of design, brand consistency, and effective visual storytelling. A solid grasp of digital marketing concepts such as funnels, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking is also required. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams in marketing, design, and retail operations. Prior exposure to fashion, retail, or e-commerce advertising is preferred, and familiarity with heritage-driven brand storytelling will be an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in paid social advertising, is expected.
