Role Summary

This is a full-time, office-based Marketing Manager position in London, where you will lead the next stage of growth for Venn Apps. The role is focused on strengthening the brand, increasing demand, and communicating the company’s story to a wider audience.

Having established product-market fit after years of product development and customer success, the business is now looking to expand its market presence and position itself as a leading mobile app platform for Shopify Plus merchants worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Own and shape the company’s integrated marketing plan to increase awareness, engagement, and lead flow.
• Design and deliver content initiatives that build Venn Apps’ reputation as a trusted voice in Shopify app development.
• Lead brand messaging across the website, social platforms, email, and events so communication stays consistent and effective.
• Plan and improve SEO and digital marketing efforts that generate strong inbound leads and improve online discoverability.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, track outcomes, and refine activity to improve return on investment.
• Work with sales and product teams to keep messaging, product updates, and commercial objectives aligned.
• Act as a representative of Venn Apps at industry events and communicate the company’s value to partners, customers, and the wider ecommerce community.
• Monitor marketing results and convert data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Keep up to date with market shifts, Shopify ecosystem changes, and current marketing practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing leadership or management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or ecommerce.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, especially Shopify Plus, and the related app landscape.
• A proven record of planning and delivering campaigns or strategies that produce measurable growth.
• Excellent written, verbal, and brand storytelling abilities.
• Hands-on experience running campaigns across SEO, content, social media, email, and events.
• A data-led approach, with experience using insights to improve performance.
• Comfort working closely with different teams in a proactive and collaborative way.
• Experience using tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, or SEMrush would be an advantage.
