About the Role

This position is suited to someone who enjoys transforming complex operational information into practical workforce strategies. The role focuses on forecasting and optimizing resources within Flight Operations to support growth, compliance, and efficiency.

You will help ensure the business has the right people, skills, and cost base to match fleet expansion, route growth, and regulatory expectations. In partnership with the Director of Operations Business Support and other senior leaders, you will create workforce plans for the short, medium, and long term, convert them into headcount and cost models, and provide data-led input for budgeting and executive decisions.

The role also includes leading demand forecasting and scenario planning, developing dashboards and KPIs, spotting risks and efficiency opportunities, and making sure manpower planning works across crew, engineering, and ground operations. You will further improve planning systems and analytics, support regulatory compliance, and help build a strong resource planning capability within the team.
