Role overview
This position calls for an experienced HR professional to shape and deliver company-wide employee communication and engagement programs. The focus is on strengthening employee experience, reinforcing culture, and supporting the employer brand while staying aligned with business objectives and organizational values.
What the role involves
- Build and roll out a communication and engagement approach that works across the entire organization.
- Improve the overall employee journey by supporting culture-building and employer branding efforts.
- Drive initiatives related to Great Place to Work (GPTW), communication impact, and employee feedback/listening.
- Own end-to-end GPTW activities, including cultural assessments, trust index surveys, and engagement actions before and after surveys.
- Lead internal communications planning, HR storytelling such as annual reports, social media-facing employer brand content, and listening channels for employees.
- Partner closely with leadership to improve communication clarity, employee engagement, and workplace performance.
- Help create a transparent, positive, and high-performing work environment.
Candidate profile
- An MBA, postgraduate degree in Marketing, or a graduate degree with relevant work experience is preferred.
- The role requires 7+ years of experience in HR focused on employee communication and engagement.
