LPG Delivery Agent - Feilding

About the Role

Genesis is seeking a Class 2 driver to support LPG delivery and depot activities in Feilding. The position will move to the Feilding depot and combines safe cylinder handling, customer delivery work, and hands-on operational support. The usual schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays when needed. Shifts begin early, around 6:00–6:30 am, and typically conclude in the mid-afternoon.

What You Will Be Doing

• Begin the day by reviewing the run sheet and reorganising the preloaded truck as needed.
• Deliver LPG cylinders to homes and businesses, and collect empty cylinders on the return trip.
• Represent Genesis professionally while providing helpful, customer-first service on the road.
• Assist with depot tasks such as stock counts, cylinder upkeep, filling, and washing the truck.
• Take part in the on-call roster, including weekends when required, with extra pay provided.

What You Need to Bring

• At least 6 months of driving experience and a current, clean Class 2 driver’s licence.
• Experience delivering goods in any vehicle class.
• A Dangerous Goods endorsement, or the willingness to complete the required training.
• The physical ability and confidence to handle heavy LPG cylinders during deliveries.
• A flexible, practical, and customer-oriented approach with solid problem-solving ability.
