Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Licensing Officer in Dubai. The role focuses on handling end-to-end medical licensing activities across DHA, DOH, MOH, QCHP, and SCFHS processes, with responsibilities spanning preparation, verification, processing, tracking, and final license issuance.
Key Duties
- Oversee licensing workflows for SCFHS, UAE, DHA, DOH, and MOH, including credentialing and examination-related steps.
- Prepare, check, submit, monitor, and follow up on licensing applications until completion.
- Reach out to clients promptly to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
- Review Dataflow and licensing requirements, then guide applicants within the applicable rules and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients through clear, professional, and approachable communication to keep documentation moving smoothly.
- Contribute to internal quality improvement initiatives.
- Safeguard client and company information by maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required Profile
- Hands-on experience with licensing processes for SCFHS, UAE, DHA, DOH, and MOH, including credentialing and examinations.
- Proactive and self-driven work style.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal ability and a customer-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be based in Dubai.
