Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Key Accounts Manager/Executive in Doha, Qatar, focused on managing important retail relationships and driving performance across modern trade and pharmacy channels.
Experience and Channel Background
The position calls for at least 5 years of Qatar-based experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty, or Pharmacy-related channels. The candidate should already have handled modern trade and pharmacy accounts and be comfortable working with major retail networks in the country.
Retail Account Exposure
Direct experience with key customers such as Monoprix, Carrefour, Al Meera, Lulu Hypermarket, Kholoud Pharmacy, Family Pharmacy, and similar prominent retail chains in Qatar is highly important for this role.
Core Responsibilities
The job involves managing product assortment and listings, planning promotions, negotiating commercial terms, and securing visibility agreements with retail partners. A strong on-ground sales presence is expected, including frequent market visits and store-level engagement.
Skills and Competencies
The role requires strong analytical ability, report preparation, communication skills, and negotiation capability, along with practical field sales experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must currently be based in Qatar, hold a valid Qatar driving license, and be ready to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of one month.
