Its products are designed to reduce repetitive manual work, simplify document handling, and support better decision-making for legal teams.

Role overview
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior UX Designer as part of the design and development team. Your work will span two key areas: helping shape a new legal accounting product from the ground up and improving an existing product that already has a loyal user base. You will also build your skills in creating consistent, polished interfaces by working with an established design system.
What you will do
- Develop wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and interface designs using Figma and Whimsical.
- Work within the existing design system and Figma component library to create scalable, reusable screens.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create user experiences that are thoughtful and high quality.
What you will need
- Between 1 and 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally using Figma.
- A portfolio that shows your design process as well as your visual design ability.
- A solid foundation in wireframing, prototyping, and mapping user flows.
- Working knowledge of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
- Interest in the legal sector and openness to learning about the industry.
- Experience or academic/background exposure in marketing, accounting, or law would be an advantage.
Who this role suits
- Someone who is ambitious and eager to develop further as a UX/UI designer.
- A designer who enjoys building intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.
- A team player who values collaboration and learning from different viewpoints.
- Someone who welcomes feedback, learns quickly, and iterates to improve their work.
Why join CORTO
