(Junior) Prozessmanager (w/m/d)

Position overview

medi in Bayreuth is hiring a Junior Process Manager (w/m/d) to help shape and improve process management across the organization. The role focuses on more than documentation: it is about actively developing structures, supporting change, and keeping the bigger picture in view. This is a maternity leave replacement position.

Your responsibilities

• Build and manage company-wide governance for process and project organization, including coordination between interfaces, conducting trainings, and checking process compliance.
• Support the creation and further development of the process management organization, including role models and integration of the BVW.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for project leads and process owners, especially in process improvement topics.
• Support employees through change initiatives and help ensure improvements are implemented sustainably.
• Assist with resolving conflicts within the process and project management environment.
• Further develop the key user and process owner concepts and help embed them permanently in the business.

What you should bring

• A completed degree or comparable training, ideally with a focus on business, statistics, or process management.
• Several years of practical experience, typically around 3 to 5 years, in process management or a related field.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in process and project management, plus initial exposure to change projects.
• Ideally, familiarity with modeling standards such as BPMN 2.0 and related tools.
• Strong analytical thinking skills.
• Good spoken and written English at around CEFR B2 level.
