What you will do

  • Help guide the product roadmap and support delivery across core product areas so work stays aligned with team objectives and timelines.
  • Collect and interpret user feedback through interviews, feedback conversations, and data analysis to identify the most important problems to solve.
  • Translate research outcomes into practical requirements and work closely with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to build and refine new features.
  • Take part in prioritisation decisions by assessing value, balancing fast improvements with longer-term product investments.
  • Monitor and communicate post-launch performance using KPIs, with a focus on improving adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Support product launches by preparing materials, coordinating with Customer Success, and ensuring internal stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Advocate for simple, usable experiences by bringing the customer viewpoint into planning discussions and design reviews.
  • Contribute to the improvement of tools and workflows that support key journeys such as onboarding, activation, and retention.

What we are looking for

We are seeking someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a similar role, ideally within a technology, fintech, or SaaS setting. A BA/BS in a technical, analytical, or business subject is preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable.
