This opportunity is with a fast-scaling technology company seeking an early-career Junior Product Manager to join its product organization. Location and schedule

This position is based in Dania Beach, Florida and follows a hybrid work setup. Team members are required onsite every Wednesday, and during the first 90 days new hires must be onsite three days per week to support onboarding and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with product execution across several active initiatives and workstreams.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to help move projects ahead.
• Maintain and organize product backlogs, tickets, feature notes, and delivery timelines.
• Take part in roadmap conversations, planning sessions, and meetings with stakeholders.
• Track product performance and help spot customer experience or operational issues.
• Review trends, dashboards, metrics, and user behavior to identify root causes and patterns.
• Support QA, UAT, and product launch activities.
• Build product strategy knowledge and increase ownership of features and initiatives over time.
• Offer ideas for improving processes and enhancing products.

Required profile

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, clear communication, good organization, and a self-driven approach. You should be comfortable learning quickly in a dynamic environment and able to think critically about systems, workflows, and broader downstream effects. Basic experience interpreting data, reports, or metrics is expected, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple priorities and teams.

Preferred background

Helpful experience includes internships or work in project coordination, business analysis, operations, analytics, or early-stage product work. Intermediate Excel skills are preferred, along with familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, or data analysis. Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini is a plus, and experience in SaaS, eCommerce, hospitality, fintech, or other technology-driven environments would be beneficial.
