ജോലി വിവരണം
Role overview
This position is for a Junior Product Designer based in London, working at Career Level Senior Analyst - CL10. You will join Accenture Song, the creative and technology-led part of Accenture that combines design, data, and digital capability to shape experiences across commerce, service, marketing, and product design.
The team works across web and app experiences for brands and businesses, blending creative thinking with practical delivery. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary group that values collaboration, inclusion, and learning while building digital products that are consistent, scalable, and brand aligned.
What you will learn and do
- Assist in designing user-centred digital products for web and app platforms.
- Help shape and improve design systems using an atomic design approach.
- Create and update Figma components with support from senior designers.
- Work with design tokens, theming, modes such as light and dark, brand variations, auto-layout, variants, slots, and responsive behaviour.
- Partner with developers to understand how design systems are implemented in code.
- Apply brand guidelines while working within shared component libraries.
- Refine designs based on feedback from designers, stakeholders, and user insight.
- Contribute to interface work that balances brand expression with usability.
- Support pitch materials and client sessions with ideas and design artefacts.
- Present your work clearly, including the thinking behind design choices and how feedback shaped iterations.
Experience and craft expectations
The role is suitable for someone with a foundation in product, UI, or digital design gained through work experience, placements, or internships. You should have some exposure to design systems or component libraries and understand how atomic design principles help components scale across multiple products.
We are looking for practical ability in Figma, including components and auto-layout, along with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud. You should be comfortable producing sketches, concepts, wireframes, user flows, screen designs, and basic prototypes, while continuing to improve visual polish and attention to detail.
A genuine interest in how design becomes a real digital product is important, along with a strong desire to learn, collaborate, and improve your craft. You do not need to be an expert in design systems, but you should show strong potential, curiosity, and a solid starting point.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in total.
- 1–2 years of experience specifically in digital product design.
- Exposure to the full design workflow, including planning, research, concept development, UX, and UI.
- Some experience working on brand-led digital projects is beneficial.
- Strong appreciation for brand, typography, colour, and layout.
- Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe CC.
- Ability to produce clear design outputs such as sketches, wireframes, user flows, screen designs, and prototypes.
- Growing confidence in visual refinement and detail.
- Experience contributing to design systems, with interest in how they are built and maintained.
- Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design.
- Awareness of AI and emerging technology, and curiosity about how they can support better design outcomes.
- Proactive, open-minded, and eager to learn from feedback.
Working style and expectations
- Be comfortable working in a hybrid setup, with time spent in the studio and at the client’s office depending on the project.
- Bring a collaborative attitude and a willingness to ask questions, explore ideas, and think beyond the obvious.
- Show care and pride in the quality of your output.
- Be ready for background screening where required, including BPSS checks covering identity, criminal record, right to work, and residency.
- Contribute to a team culture that values diversity and inclusion and seeks people who add to the culture rather than simply matching it.
Application requirements
To be considered, applicants must submit a cover letter with five bullet points explaining why they would be a strong addition to the team, along with a CV and portfolio of work.
Benefits and rewards
- Competitive base salary.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Opportunities to acquire equity.
- Health and wellbeing benefits.
- Up to 30 days of leave each year.
- 3 additional volunteering days per year for charitable work of your choice.
- Family-friendly and flexible working policies.
- Attractive pension plan with financial wellbeing support and resources.
- Private healthcare insurance and mental wellbeing support.
- Employee Assistance Programme, career development support, and counselling.
- Generous parental leave options.
Equal opportunity statement
The employer is committed to building an inclusive workplace and does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
Additional notes
