Job Summary
Helic & Co. is seeking a driven and well-organized Junior Human Resources Assistant to contribute to the smooth functioning of daily HR operations. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals aiming to launch a career in Human Resources. You will be instrumental in managing administrative duties, coordinating recruitment efforts, maintaining employee documentation, and facilitating HR-related communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the recruitment lifecycle, including advertising job openings, reviewing applications, and arranging candidate interviews.
- Systematically update and manage employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and initial orientation for new hires.
- Generate essential HR documentation, such as employment agreements, official letters, and various reports.
- Address employee questions concerning HR policies and established procedures.
- Contribute to the coordination of payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies and relevant labor laws.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in an HR or administrative capacity; internships are considered valuable experience.
- Fundamental understanding of core HR principles and operational practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated strong organizational capabilities and effective time management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A high degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is advantageous.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when managing employee data.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within a dynamic work environment.
