Janitorial Associate

Job summary

As a Janitorial Associate, you help create a strong first and last impression for customers by keeping the store clean, orderly, and safe throughout key areas such as the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $15 to $28 per hour. The base rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required at the job location. In addition to hourly pay, the role may include annual or quarterly performance incentives. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or the type of work performed, premium pay may be available at $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium may apply when conditions are met.

This is a full-time position with mid-shift and closing shift availability.
