Role overview

We are seeking an entry-level IT Support Officer who is hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with technology. In this role, you will help keep systems stable, assist users with technical issues, and support day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Deliver technical assistance for issues involving hardware, software, and system performance.
