The firm began operating in the German market in January 2025 and is growing rapidly across the DACH region. This internship is a chance to help build the Data & AI capability while collaborating closely with experienced Managing Directors and project teams.

Role overview

If you are excited by data, artificial intelligence, and the way they influence business value, this internship offers practical exposure to challenging consulting work. You will help turn data into insights and contribute to high-impact projects in a consulting environment.

The internship is available in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich, and the role is based onsite.

What you will do

• Support projects focused on data, AI, and digital topics across transaction and value creation workstreams.
• Assist with AI and technology due diligence by reviewing data assets, use cases, and scalability potential.
• Help identify opportunities for AI-driven value creation, including automation, advanced analytics, and AI applications.
• Build presentations and convert technical material into clear, business-focused conclusions.
• Support the tracking of performance and business impact for data and AI initiatives.
• Carry out market research on AI, data platforms, and digital trends.
• Work closely with consultants and managers in cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in, or have recently finished, a master's degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• You have some prior exposure to data analytics, AI, machine learning, or digital technologies through studies or practical experience.
• You understand core AI concepts, data structures, and digital business models.
• You can use Microsoft 365 confidently, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you have working knowledge of Python, SQL, or data visualization tools.
• You communicate clearly and can explain technical ideas in business language.
• You bring a proactive attitude and work well in a team setting.
• You are fluent in German at minimum C1 level and have English skills at minimum B2 level.
• You are willing to travel when client work requires it.
• The internship must last at least 3 months.
