About the role
The Integrated Director will oversee the complete academic, administrative, operational, and strategic functioning of the integrated PUC program. This position is accountable for driving strong outcomes in board examinations, competitive entrance tests, student growth, faculty effectiveness, and parent satisfaction.
Academic leadership
- Create and execute academic plans aimed at delivering excellent results in PUC board exams and competitive entrance assessments.
- Track curriculum design, academic scheduling, and lesson delivery to ensure consistency and quality.
- Evaluate student progress through assessments, analytics, and regular performance reviews.
- Carry out academic audits and put corrective action plans into practice where needed.
- Ensure the program remains aligned with state board rules and other regulatory expectations.
Faculty management
- Hire, develop, mentor, and assess teaching staff.
- Run periodic reviews to measure faculty performance and effectiveness.
- Plan and facilitate training sessions and professional development workshops for teachers.
- Encourage coordination between the PUC academic team and the competitive exam coaching team.
Student performance and welfare
- Monitor each student's academic progress and identify learning gaps early.
- Design support plans for students who are not meeting expected performance levels.
- Maintain strong mentoring and counselling systems across the program.
- Handle student concerns, complaints, and disciplinary issues appropriately.
- Support student well-being and overall development beyond academics.
Parent engagement
- Lead regular parent meetings and academic review discussions.
- Share updates on student performance and important institutional initiatives.
- Address parent queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Operations and administration
- Manage day-to-day campus operations and ensure smooth institutional functioning.
- Oversee classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and other learning resources.
- Coordinate with administration, transport, hostel, and support teams.
- Keep institutional records and reports accurate and up to date.
Strategic planning
- Set yearly academic and operational objectives for the institution.
- Review performance data and use it to improve outcomes continuously.
- Support admissions planning and student retention efforts.
- Strengthen the institution’s reputation through consistent academic success.
Quality assurance and compliance
- Follow PU Board regulations and internal policies diligently.
- Maintain high academic standards along with proper documentation.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications
A master’s degree in a relevant subject is required, while a Ph.D. is preferred. B.Ed. or M.Ed. qualification is also preferred.
Eligibility
Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in the education sector, including leadership exposure. Experience in integrated PU plus competitive coaching setups is highly desirable.
