Hygiene Operator

Summary

We are hiring a Hygiene Operator to help keep the site safe, hygienic, and fully prepared for production.

Role overview

This position sits within the production team and is focused on night-shift hygiene work. You will be responsible for cleaning production lines and surrounding areas to a high standard so that food quality and safety requirements are consistently met. The shift pattern is an 8-hour shift, working 5 days out of 7.

The pay rate for this role is €16.23 per hour.

Key duties

• Perform detailed cleaning of production lines and associated areas, including taking apart belts and components, washing them, and putting them back together in line with cleaning instruction cards.
• Clean machinery parts as well as walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces according to the required procedures.
• Work in a range of areas such as boxing, chill, and freezer zones while following the cleaning rota.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety rules, and quality standards at all times.
• Use checklists and workflow steps carefully and accurately.
• Work closely with the Quality and Production teams to maintain the expected hygiene standards.

Schedule and working pattern

This role is based in Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland. It is a full-time onsite position. The schedule is Monday to Friday with an 8-hour shift pattern. The role is on night shift and works 5 days over 7.
