Key Responsibilities

• Assess recruitment needs across various company departments.
• Source potential candidates utilizing job portals, networking referrals, and social media platforms.
• Filter resumes and conduct primary telephonic or video interviews.
• Arrange interviews with hiring teams and maintain communication with applicants.
• Keep an up-to-date hiring progress tracker and help close vacancies efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work from home.
• Availability to start the internship between July 16, 2026, and August 20, 2026.
• Commitment to a 1-month internship duration.
• Possess the relevant skills and interests pertinent to HR tasks.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong spoken and written English communication abilities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 1500 to 2000.
