Role Overview
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Graphic Designer will help grow the company’s brand and design presence across digital channels. This position is responsible for producing polished, brand-consistent creative for campaigns, product messaging, web content, and social platforms.
The role works closely with marketing stakeholders to turn ideas into strong visual assets. It requires solid design fundamentals, the ability to work quickly in a fast-moving SaaS environment, comfort across different formats, and openness to modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows.
What You Will Be Doing
- Creating high-quality creative assets for websites, social media, paid advertising, email, demand generation, product marketing, and related initiatives.
- Designing materials used in physical settings such as trade show booths, event signage, and conference collateral.
- Supporting web page design and the improvement of user experience alongside marketing and web teams.
- Editing and adapting video content for digital and social campaigns when needed, including short clips, cutdowns, and motion-based elements.
- Turning strategic messages into clear visual concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Working with internal partners to understand objectives, interpret creative briefs, and deliver effective solutions.
- Handling several projects at once while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines in a changing priority environment.
- Refining assets over time to improve clarity, performance, and audience engagement.
- Using AI-assisted tools and current design processes to improve speed and output capacity.
- Ensuring consistency across all deliverables while contributing to the ongoing development of the brand.
- Sourcing on-brand photography and adapting imagery through photo editing and customization.

Required Experience and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of professional graphic design experience, either in an agency or in-house setting.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong digital design work across web, social, and campaign assets.
- Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Express, as well as Figma and similar platforms.
- Practical experience contributing to web design and digital user experiences.
- Strong command of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital formats.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and consistently deliver strong work in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools to support design workflows and improve efficiency.
Preferred Experience
- Experience editing video for social or other digital channels.
- Background in B2B or SaaS marketing environments.
- Exposure to motion design or light animation.
- Understanding of performance-focused creative optimization based on engagement or conversion data.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for the primary location is CAD 70,000 to CAD 90,000 per year. Actual compensation may differ based on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. If the role includes an incentive component, the stated range represents total target compensation.

How the Team Works
This role follows a hybrid-flexible work model. If you live within a reasonable commuting distance of one of the offices, you will occasionally work onsite. The expected in-office cadence depends on department and team needs, and usually ranges from weekly to monthly. Most days can be arranged with flexibility while remaining aligned with team goals.
