Overview
WeAreAspire is hiring on behalf of a forward-looking experiences business that is entering a new phase of expansion. The company is creating a dedicated Conferences & Experiences division focused on thought leadership, live engagement, and destination-led events spanning business, arts, culture, and entertainment.
The Opportunity
This role goes beyond standard leadership responsibilities. It is a ground-up build where you will help design, launch, and grow a new business line. You will work closely with senior leadership to spot commercial opportunities, introduce distinctive event formats, and open up new income channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a scaling strategy for the Conferences & Experiences division
- Develop and introduce conferences, summits, forums, and immersive experience-led formats
- Build partnerships with public sector organizations, industry decision-makers, sponsors, and content partners
- Design proprietary event concepts and revenue structures that can grow over time
- Lead commercial development, sponsorship acquisition, and partnership negotiations
- Assess potential new ventures, collaborations, and investment options
- Assemble and manage the team, skills, and operating model required for expansion
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader from conferences, events, arts, culture, entertainment, or experiential businesses. You should have a track record of launching and scaling event platforms that generate revenue, along with strong commercial instincts and a practical, execution-focused mindset.
You will need strong deal-making ability, proven stakeholder management skills, and the kind of network that can be mobilized quickly. The role suits someone who is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and comfortable building from the ground up while working independently and staying aligned with senior leadership.
