Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Trainer

About the Role

This role is for an experienced full stack software engineer who can contribute to AI training work. You will join a large coding community made up of front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineering professionals who help improve real-world AI systems.

The work combines technical challenge with flexibility. You will collaborate with advanced AI models to complete programming tasks such as designing and solving coding problems, developing feature-rich applications, and using data analysis and visualization to generate useful insights. The work you complete helps train and improve intelligent systems that continue to learn and adapt.

Some contributors take on this work alongside another full-time role, while others use it as their main work arrangement and select projects and schedules based on their availability.

Selection Process

To begin, you create an account and complete a short assessment, which acts as the interview stage. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will become available through the platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems, with a strong focus on Android development.
• Produce clean code examples along with clear, well-explained solutions.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
• Share feedback that helps improve future AI model performance.

Compensation and Contract Terms

Work is paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $50-$100+ per hour and some projects offering higher pay. Payment is processed through PayPal, and PayPal handles any USD currency conversion. You will never be asked to pay any fee to participate. This is an independent contractor arrangement.

Location and Availability

This opportunity is available only to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. Applicants outside these countries will not see available assessments or work at this time.

Additional Information

Team members may choose projects and working hours independently, and can work from their own computer at home. The role is designed to offer flexibility while still requiring strong technical contribution.
