Mindrift is hiring a freelance Presentation Designer for the Tendem project, where human expertise works alongside AI to produce advanced storytelling outputs. The focus of this role is to transform raw information, data, and narratives into polished presentations and one-pagers that look refined, persuasive, and professionally structured.

This is a part-time remote opportunity suited to creative specialists with practical experience in presentation design, information design, visual communication, and storytelling. You will work with Tendem Agents that manage repetitive work, while you bring judgment, design sensibility, domain knowledge, and formatting precision to the final output.

What you will do

As a Presentation Designer on this Tendem project, your work will center on visual hierarchy, storytelling flow, and premium-quality slide design. You will be expected to create clear, elegant, and highly persuasive presentations that communicate complex ideas with simplicity and style.

The role involves working with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to build decks and one-pagers that meet strong formatting and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Create polished pitch decks and professional one-pagers customized for distinct audiences.
• Turn dense data and multi-layered content into clean, easy-to-follow visual narratives with a minimalist approach.
• Improve presentation quality through custom typography, refined animations, and consistent design execution.
• Maintain a premium corporate-with-creative visual style across all deliverables.
• Check alignment, spacing, pacing, and brand consistency carefully before submitting final files.

Requirements

• About 2 years or more of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative discipline is an advantage.
• Strong command of presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for creating dynamic, animated, and complex decks.
• Advanced ability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or with Figma for custom visuals and layouts.
• Capability to simplify complex data and layered information into minimalist, clear visual formats.
• Advanced typography and animation skills for premium presentation output.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
• Experience producing high-end, corporate-meets-creative presentation layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and solve design issues without close supervision.
• A CV with a portfolio link showing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization examples is mandatory.

This is a freelance role within a project-based hybrid AI + human workflow.

Tasks are estimated to take around 10 to 20 hours per week during active project periods. This is only an estimate and is not a guaranteed workload.

Compensation can reach up to the equivalent of $45 per hour, depending on your skill level and the pace at which you contribute. Pay may vary by project based on scope, complexity, and the expertise required.

The opportunity is located in Saudi Arabia and is remote.
