What you will do

You will take ownership of the most important operational and strategic initiatives, especially those that cut across functions and require structure, speed, and judgment.

  • Lead the data and metrics work that demonstrates the company’s clinical value and return on investment, including quantitative models used by enterprise sales and investor relations.
  • Drive the operational and technical work needed to reach SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA readiness through a unified control framework.
  • Coordinate urgent cross-functional special projects spanning product, engineering, clinical, legal, and sales teams.
  • Convert broad founder priorities into clear workstreams, accountable owners, KPIs, and delivery timelines.

First 90 days

  • During days 1–30, learn the data environment, map the key stakeholders across product and clinical functions, and begin owning the unified compliance control framework.
  • During days 31–60, build the initial version of the ROI model that explains and quantifies the company’s clinical impact for enterprise prospects.
  • During days 61–90, take full responsibility for the SOC 2 and HIPAA implementation path and become the primary operator for the founders’ most complex strategic blockers.
