ജോലി വിവരണം
About the role
We are hiring a practical, dependable Fleet Operations Driver who can work shifts and help keep our e-scooter fleet available across the city. The role focuses on moving scooters where they are needed, making sure they are charged and safe, and supporting smooth day-to-day fleet operations.
About Bolt
Bolt is working toward a future where urban transport is designed around people rather than private cars. Founded in 2013 by a 19-year-old entrepreneur, it has expanded into a global mobility platform serving over 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners in 50 countries.
The company operates across ride-hailing, food delivery, scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing. Its small, autonomous teams combine startup speed and ownership with the reach of a large technology business backed by more than €1bn in funding.
Why this opportunity stands out
- You can help shape the next generation of mobility and influence how people move around cities.
- The work covers a broad mix of technology, operations, regulation, and growth challenges.
- Small teams give you real responsibility from the beginning and a fast learning curve.
- You will join one of Europe’s prominent technology companies, supported by investors such as Sequoia.
Key responsibilities
Your main objective is to keep the city organised and uncluttered by positioning e-scooters where customers can easily use them. You will also help maintain scooter availability, handle misplaced vehicles, and return damaged units to the warehouse for servicing.
- Drive company vans to pick up, move, and deploy e-scooters, including battery-swapping tasks.
- Place scooters neatly so streets and sidewalks remain clear.
- Locate missing scooters, inspect their condition, and either send them back to the warehouse or make them available again in the city.
- Carry out small roadside fixes to keep more scooters in service.
- Support the warehouse operations team whenever additional help is required.
What we are looking for
- A valid EU B driving licence and the ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles.
- Strong driving skills, a reliable approach, and good awareness of the local area.
- Prior professional driving experience is a plus.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a hands-on working style.
- Good spoken English, plus confidence using smartphones and mechanical tools.
Why you will enjoy working here
- A chance to directly contribute to the future of urban mobility.
- Exposure to fast-paced teams and highly capable colleagues.
- Opportunities to grow your career quickly.
- Access to Bolt credits for free scooter rides and ride-hailing services.
- Team events that help you connect with coworkers.
Additional information
Perks may vary depending on the location and the role. Using AI in day-to-day work is expected at Bolt, and team members are encouraged to look for faster and smarter ways to get work done while staying accountable for the final output. Applicants are welcome even if they do not meet every listed requirement; drive, intelligence, and integrity matter most.

All qualified applicants are considered regardless of race, colour, nationality, religion, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
