What you’ll do

• Act as the on-the-ground representative in the city by assisting customers with ride bookings, keeping scooters parked neatly, and handling customer queries.
• Locate missing scooters and return them to the warehouse or redeploy them back into service across the city.
• Carry out quick, minor repairs on the street to keep more vehicles available for use.
• Operate electric vans and/or cargo bikes as part of daily fleet movement.
• Step in to support warehouse operations whenever extra help is required.
