Noo-Kayet Investments in Kingston, Washington is hiring a Financial Analyst to support investment decisions and strategic growth across a varied set of tribal businesses. The role is centered on turning financial data into practical business direction, with work spanning market research, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting.

This position is broader than standard accounting work. It involves evaluating investment prospects, studying business performance, assessing economic conditions, and helping leadership make choices that support the long-term economic strength of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe.

What you will do

• Review and assess possible investment opportunities.
• Create financial models, projections, and business analysis materials.
• Study market movement, industry patterns, and wider economic indicators.
• Prepare investment recommendations and carry out due diligence.
• Monitor how investments are performing and compile reports for leadership.
• Spot business trends and suggest ways to improve operations.
• Analyze performance data from casino, hotel, and other enterprise operations to support growth and profitability.
• Work closely with senior leaders by providing insights that support strategic decisions.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar discipline is preferred.
• Background in financial analysis, business analytics, investing, or related work.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to make sense of complex financial and statistical information.
• Strong analytical thinking, research ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with exploring data deeply and translating findings into clear recommendations.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000.
