Role overview
Climate Innovation Pakistan (CLIP) is looking for a meticulous and insight-driven Financial Analyst to help strengthen financial planning, reporting, and decision support. The position is centered on examining financial information, interpreting performance patterns, and turning numbers into practical guidance for both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
What you will do
In this role, you will gather and organize financial data from different sources, assess business performance, and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities. You will contribute to budgeting and forecasting exercises, prepare financial reports, and help present accurate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct variance analysis and explain differences between actual results and expectations.
- Create, update, and maintain financial models.
- Track and review key performance indicators.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with investment appraisals, cost reviews, and business performance assessments.
- Support cash flow analysis, audit-related tasks, and ad hoc financial studies.
- Help improve financial reporting processes, methods, and tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support accuracy and data-led decisions.
