- B.E. / B.Tech graduates in EEE or ECE with at least 2 years of experience in telecom infrastructure, and with a personal 2-wheeler plus a valid driving license for field work.

About the Role
This position is based in Visakhapatnam and focuses on the hands-on upkeep of telecom tower sites. The job is centered on keeping sites running reliably, improving energy use, and maintaining operational standards across the assigned territory.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of tower sites within the assigned area.
- Work toward the organization’s goals for higher site uptime, better cost control, and improved energy performance.
- Handle uptime monitoring and ensure service continuity across locations.
- Follow environmental, safety, and health requirements at site level.
- Manage customer-related coordination for the assigned sites.
- Maintain site quality and process adherence.
- Support energy optimization activities and related operational checks.
- Coordinate and manage team-related activities as needed.
Technical Expectations
- A solid understanding of basic electrical engineering is essential.
- Working knowledge of DG sets, AC power systems, DC power systems, battery backup units, HVAC systems, antenna systems, and the fundamentals of GSM/CDMA will be beneficial.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should hold a B.E. or B.Tech degree in EEE or ECE.
- This is a field-based position, so ownership of a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license are compulsory.
- At least 2 years of experience in telecom infrastructure is required.
