Key duties

• Clean storage units, corridors, restrooms, elevators, and related areas by sweeping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and mopping floors
• Remove and dispose of waste
• Monitor cleaning supplies, keep inventory updated, and request replacements when needed
• Handle additional tasks as assigned

Work conditions

This position may involve moderate hazards or discomforts, including working near moving equipment, machinery, fumes, or irritating chemicals. Safety gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

The role can require extended periods of standing or staying in one position, moving around outdoor areas, reaching items at different heights, and handling equipment that weighs at least 50 lbs, with assistance if needed.
