Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in storage units, hallways, and restrooms.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, initiating reorders when necessary.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to acquire new skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfort working in an environment with moderate risks, potentially requiring protective gear like masks, goggles, or gloves due to exposure to fumes or chemicals.
• Capacity for physical exertion, including prolonged periods of standing, moving around, reaching objects at various heights, and lifting/moving items up to 50lbs with or without assistance.
