What you will do

In this position, you will support clients ranging from major global enterprises to fast-growing startups. Your work will involve identifying the real issues behind strategic questions, shaping clear action plans, and helping clients implement changes that create both immediate results and long-term improvement.

You will work closely with clients and internal colleagues, using research, data analysis, interviews, and group ideation to uncover insights and build effective recommendations. Beyond advising, you will help clients refine strategies, solve problems, and carry transformations through to execution. You will also contribute to equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to keep improving after the engagement ends.

Qualifications

The role requires a university degree with an excellent academic track record, along with strong evidence of academic, professional, or managerial achievement. You should bring sharp analytical thinking, comfort with numbers and quantitative problem-solving, and a history of leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
