Role overview
An expanding, multi-location hospitality group in Central London is hiring a seasoned Executive Assistant to support its Chief Executive Officer directly. This is a prominent position close to the centre of the business, where you will help keep the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and communications running smoothly so they can stay focused on growth and strategic leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Own and continuously adjust a busy, fast-moving diary with multiple competing priorities.
- Arrange travel within the UK and overseas, including all logistics and coordination.
- Draft agendas, prepare board packs, and compile meeting papers and related documents.
- Join important meetings when needed and record actions, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the main access point and filter for the CEO’s time and correspondence.
- Help coordinate communication and workflow across the wider leadership group.
- Handle sensitive and confidential material with care and professionalism.
- Support internal initiatives, special projects, and broader business priorities.
- Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
Candidate profile
The business is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant who performs well in a high-energy, entrepreneurial setting. The right person will have supported a CEO, founder, or other senior leader before and will bring strong judgement, organisation, and calm execution.
Requirements
- Prior experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive.
- Strong capability in planning, prioritising, and managing multiple demands.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- A practical, forward-thinking approach to solving problems.
- Strong discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to stay composed and productive under pressure.
- Background in hospitality, leisure, consumer, or multi-site businesses is an advantage.
