About the Role

Enablon is hiring a seasoned enterprise sales professional to accelerate strategic expansion across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. The position centers on promoting sophisticated enterprise software offerings in the areas of EHS, Operational Risk Management (ORM), ESG, and Control of Work to large-scale industrial and public-sector organizations, such as oil & gas, utilities, chemicals, infrastructure, and giga-project environments.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hunting for new business, engaging senior executives, and managing long, multi-stakeholder sales processes in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and grow strategic accounts across Saudi Arabia.
  • Create and implement account plans for major enterprise and government clients.
  • Develop senior-level relationships across business, operations, HSE, risk, digital transformation, and IT functions.
  • Run complex consultative sales processes that involve legal, procurement, security, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Work with partners, system integrators, and cloud ecosystem participants to identify and advance opportunities.
  • Assess customer operational and business needs and align Enablon solutions to those challenges.
  • Maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline that supports regional growth goals.
  • Partner with presales, services, customer success, and partner organizations to move deals forward.
  • Keep forecasts accurate and manage CRM updates consistently across active opportunities.

Skills and Experience

  • At least 10 years of enterprise software sales experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Well-developed relationships and market exposure in oil & gas, utilities, industrial, or government sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Experience handling extended consultative sales cycles with many stakeholders involved.
  • Strong ability to communicate with senior leaders and negotiate effectively.
  • Background in SI- or partner-led sales environments.
  • Arabic and English language fluency is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to EHS, ORM, ESG, ERP, industrial software, or operational transformation solutions is highly desirable.
