Role Overview
Goodstart Early Learning is seeking an Educational Leader for its Dunsborough centre in Western Australia. This position can be offered as a permanent full-time role, with part-time options also available. The role is based at Goodstart Dunsborough, located at 2 Inverness Avenue, Dunsborough Lakes, WA 6281.
The pay range is $39.35 to $68.53 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, plus an additional Educational Leader allowance of $2.68 per hour.
What the Role Involves
As an Educational Leader, you will work alongside educators to observe, review, and improve learning programs for children. You will help strengthen the team’s understanding of child development and early years learning, while supporting the use of the Early Years Learning Framework. In partnership with the centre leadership team, you will help drive positive change and raise the standard of educational practice.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Strong working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current WA Working With Children Check.
- Candidates with experience leading change in education and holding a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), Diploma qualification, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent are encouraged to apply.
